Were it not for Covid-19 and the cancellation of all events at least into the summer I would have been taking part in:
Rugby Artists Group exhibition on the theme “Extensions” in Floor One gallery, Rugby Art Gallery and Museum, during the Easter holidays.
Warwickshire Open Studios Summer Art Weeks at grid studios, Harborough Magna. The grid is a former maternity hospital, converted in 2002 into working studios which now accommodate 20 artists, 10 of whom were to have exhibited for this event. It would have been fantastic!
Also as part of the Summer Art Weeks I was to have been at Compton Verney visitor centre on Tuesday 23rd and Tuesday 30th June.
Rugby Festival of Culture: I was on the Art Trail in the lovely Toolshed Cafe, in Caldecote park. (Sadly, the Toolshed is now closed, but newly incarnated at Gloria & Lil’s in Coventry.)
Warwickshire Open Studios: I was exhibiting, demonstrating and selling with five others at The Barn at Houlton for the second year.
Rugby Festival of Culture: I had pieces on display in Sass on Regent Street as part of the Art Trail.
Warwickshire Open Studios: I was exhibiting, demonstrating and selling with five others at The Barn at Houlton.
Art in the Park Leamington Spa: A wonderful weekend of art, colour, music, dance, food, and (hopefully) sunshine! I had a pop up shop-in-a-suitcase on the walk between the main gates on the Parade and the Aviary cafe.
Wild Fest at Christmas, Warwickshire Wildlife Trust’s Brandon Marsh Nature Reserve, 8th December.
Festival of Culture: I was on the Art Trail in Sheep Street Cobblers.
Festival of Culture: I was on the Art Trail in Mo’s Fabrics.
