Ditherella's Workshop

Silver jewellery, traditionally made in Rugby

Welcome to Ditherella’s Workshop

In 2018 I have been working on more pieces inspired by, and cast from, nature. At the moment the best place to find my work is Simply Salvaged, Heart of the Shires Shopping Village.

In my studio I dither, hoard things that are bound to be useful eventually, and make things. Mainly I make sterling silver jewellery, using traditional skills learned in my spare time (so before I had children) on courses at the School of Jewellery in Birmingham and Warwickshire College.

I have also dabbled in glass (fusing, lampworking, engraving, blowing, leaded and copper foiled), in woodturning, stone carving, and in throwing wobbly pots, among other things! I’ve just started going to Ladies in Sheds for some power tools and woodwork.
